The Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM, is a non-profit professional organization, which was formed more than 60 years ago as a means to educate and promote professionalism in the property management industry. IREM’s mission is to serve the needs of all real estate management professionals. Through IREM, designations may be obtained through course study and testing of your knowledge as a real estate property manager. IREM offers the most recognized designation in the property management industry, the Certified Property Manager or CPM as well as the Accredited Residential Manager designation, ARM. IREM also offers the Accredited Management Organization, AMO designation, to real estate management companies who’s standards and services are the best in the business.
Even more than just an education and membership organization, IREM is a networking tool for all professionals in real estate management at all levels of the industry which include multi-family, property supervisors, asset managers and management company owners. We provide timely and complete information resources for the property manager who is committed to meeting the needs of real estate owners and investors.
